Had an amazing Easter at a hotel close to Matagalpa's city center. Loved the location, it was walking distance from some of the city's finest treats. the staff were excellent, offering filtered water on each floor, with well-furnished, clean rooms equipped with both air conditioning and hot water.

Had some issues with the rooms. It was not exactly the same as described online, with no dining area which were expected to be there.
